Food and beverage

Arthurs lake has a convenience store and within 30 minutes you can access the Great Lake Hotel for counter meals, fuel and other grocery and camping supplies. The recommendation is to stock up at Launceston, Hobart or one of the regional centres along the way - if you forget, contact Tom for supplies.  Longford has a supermarket, multiple takeaway options, fuel, ATM, boating and marine supplies, bottleshop, bakery, rural supplies even clothing. Perth and Cressy offer bottleshop and limited takeaway and grocery lines, Bothwell is similar in size and services.

The legal stuff 

Tea Tree Lodge accepts no liability for guest personal or property liability - staying at Tea Tree Lodge is at your own risk. By staying at Tea Tree Lodge you enter a contract, thus voiding any liability. 

Limitation of Liability  

(a) Tea Tree Lodge does not exclude or limit the application of any provision of any statute (including TPA) where to do so would: 

contravene that statute; or
cause any part of this contract to be void. 

Except to the extent clause (a) applies, and to the extent permitted by law, Tea Tree Lodge excludes all: 

statutory liability; 
tortious liability (including negligence); 
conditions and warranties implied by custom, the general law or statute; and
liability for: 

all special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damage; and
economic loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of bargain, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of use of products or equipment, arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, the walk, or any failure to supply or delay in supplying the product, whether or not the Tea Tree Lodge was aware or should have been aware of the possibility of such loss or damage. 

Tea Tree Lodge's liability to you for any breach of any express or implied provision of these terms and conditions is limited, at the Tea Tree Lodge's option, to: 

refunding the price of the goods or services in respect of which the breach occurred; or
providing, replacing or repairing those goods or providing those services again. 

Indemnity

You must indemnify and hold harmless Tea Tree Lodge and each of its officers, employees and contractors against any losses, costs, claims, damages, expenses, liabilities, proceedings or demands which any of them may directly or indirectly incur or suffer as a consequence of any breach by you of your obligations under these terms and conditions. 

Survival and merger

No term merges on completion of any transaction contemplated by these terms and conditions. 
 

Jurisdiction 

The law of Tasmania shall apply to this Contract.
